The device has a temperature sensor with a thermocouple (1a) sensitive to heat provided by a thermo-electric part (3a) arranged in a protective part (2a). The protective part has a bearing (7a) with a guide for inserting standard sensor in a position equi-thermal with respect to the thermocouple. The sensor temperature is compared with the standard sensor to determine temperature of the thermo-electric part.
