The water dispenser consists of a water-filled container (1) that is inverted and positioned over a fountain support so that a cap (2) closing the container neck is pierced by a tube (4) through which the water is discharged. The tube has a concentric internal pipe (5) with a channel (6) that allows air to enter the container as the water comes out through an outer channel (7) surrounding it. The upper end of the inner pipe has holes (9) for air to circulate and is covered by a cap (8), while its lower end is connected to an air pump (12). The water is dispensed through two pipes (17, 18), one of which passes through a cooling unit (22).
