The hopper has a metallic structure with horizontal corners (5) gathered between vertical link corners (24) and integrated with each floor of a building. Building supports (6) form a horizontal tray traversed vertically by a component assembly (4) formed of fluid supply and evacuation columns (8-14). The structure is integrated to vertical sheaths (19,20) on its sides to blow and extract fresh air, respectively.
