The device has an insulating support (1) to receive a double electrical contact for an ET device, and another double electrical contact (9, 10) for an OU device. One of the contacts is concealed inside another contact by a stopper or a protective cap (11). The ET device connects one contact together at same contact point. The OU device connects another contact (9, 10) to cascade with the same contact point.
