The process involves communicating mobile telephone on a telecommunication network of a global system for mobile communication type by exchanging information with a base station. The information is exchanged in form of frames of communication (200.1-200.4) structured in temporary windows (201.1-201.6). The windows allotted to an emission and to a reception periodically vary from one frame to another. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a mobile telephone (b) an utilization of a process or of mobile telephone.
