The system has multifunction engine calculator (6) acquiring information on angle of rotation of a swiveling machine e.g. alternator and a thermal motor e.g. engine. A determination unit (9) determines correlation information of the angle based on the angle information from the calculator. A comparison unit (10) compares the correlation information with threshold values to evaluate a state of connection mechanism.
