The oven has a heating chamber to receive foods and a regulation chamber (33) partly filled with liquid whose volume changes between high and low levels. The chamber (33) communicates with a heating device by an air entrance. An admission pipe (45) comes out of the chamber (33) and the device, when the pipe is in the high extremity. The pipe is sealed by the liquid during its high level, when the pipe is in the low extremity.
