The device has a supply unit (100,200,300) fixed on a mobile support (190,290,390) for supplying a laminated film. The mobile support oscillates around an axis (101,201,301) for modifying the lateral positioning of the film with respect to the other films of a laminate. A moving unit moves the films originating from the supply unit to form the laminate. An Independent claim is also included for a process of designing a laminate structure.
