The assembly has skater (200) positioned on a foot rest (210) and having a central plate (201) supporting a bag (100). The plate receives a steering column with a handle bar (204) and a directional axle. The plate has a mobile stopping body blocking rotation of the axle around an axis of the column in raised position of the foot-rest. The mobile body partially releases the axle rotation in a lowered position of the foot-rest. The raised position corresponding to a mode in which the assembly can be drawn by a handle bar from the steering column while rolling on two rollers of the axle. The lowered position corresponds to a mode in which the assembly can roll on a third roller.
