The watch has a proximal part (3) to enclose the wrist, a distal part (4) to enclose the base of the index finger, and a middle part (5) to extend on top of hand between the proximal and the distant part and support a watch case (6). An activation unit (9, 10) is mounted laterally on the distant part (4) of a bracelet (2) in such a way so as to be activated by the thumb of the same hand.
