The shock-absorbing bicycle saddle has an upper saddle frame (20) fastened to the rear section of the saddle's body (10), and elastic elements (30) suspended under the rear section of the body on both sides and abutting under the upper saddle frame. A lower saddle frame (60) has right hand and left hand ends which abut against the underside of the elastic elements. A tubular support (70) has two shaft sections each with a front end rigid fitted to the underside of the front section of the saddle body, and a rear end rigidly fitted to the right and left hand ends of the lower saddle frame.
