The system consists of two mirrors (3, 5), one attached to the surface of an adjustable headrest (4) over the rear seat (2) on which the rear-facing baby seat (1) is fastened, and the other (5) mounted on the inside of the front windscreen above the driver's head. The mirrors are adjusted so that the driver can keep an eye on the baby by glancing up from time to time. The rear mirror is attached to a surface on the seat headrest that is not used when the seat itself is occupied, i.e. to the under surface of a deployable headrest or the back of a reversible one.
