The device contains a block of material which naturally generates free electrons, when stimulated by an antenna (6) which radiates wave power in the inter-atomic gaps of the block. The block is mounted above a shaped funnel which guides the electrons to an electrode, forming part of a circuit for generation of electric current flow. The device comprises an electrical container (1) which isolates a block of material (6) from the ambient air. The material naturally generates free electrons, this generation being stimulated by an antenna (6) which radiates wave power in the inter-atomic gaps of the block. The block is structured to facilitate the circulation of electrons which are released from the block by being driven by the flow of a magnetic flux. The magnetic flux is produced by electrical conductors (6,8) connected to an electronic switch controlling electrical pulse emission. The flux directs the free electrons into a chute (2) and compresses them against an electrode (3) forming an electric circuit pole in a closed loop with an another electrode (5) forming the second pole.
