The installation has a base supply circuit including a base capacitor (C0), and a complementary supply circuit including complementary capacitors (C1, C2). Switches (S1, S2) provide connection to the complementary supply circuits. A thermistor of negative coefficient is coupled in series with the complementary capacitors. The sum of capacitances of base and complementary capacitors is almost equal to nominal current of installation.
