The nut (1) is confined in a plastic case (2) mounted on a rigid support (3). The case has an exterior surface centered by an interior surface of the support and an interior pattern complementary to an exterior pattern of the nut. An interior side (12) of the nut is supported on a side of the case and a bead (23) of the case is supported on upper surface (11) of the nut.
