The device has a container placed at level of external structure of an aircraft. The container has several sub containers conditioned with the container. The container and the sub containers inflate either by gas enclosed in the sub container during conditioning or by gas injected in the container which reaches the sub container, when the device is deployed. The container and the sub containers are then liberated.
