The device has six sprocket wheels (101-105) transversed by a two metallic bars (106,107). Two opposed ends of each metallic bar are coupled to two electric motors. The metallic bar is integrated with a timer case. A cylinder is brought to an initial position by a motor, based on a voluntary action of a driver on a switch or by opening a door, to stop the electric supply to a contact circuit of the vehicle.
