The concrete rail has ends including groove arrangements (1c) on the side of assembling parts at a level of holes (1a) and/or openings (1b) for passage of assembling units (O). The arrangements are constituted by hollow and striated parts to be overlapped after assembling and by a grooved or striated surface. The grooves are formed perpendicularly to longitudinal axis of the concrete rail.
