The system has a cable (5) with an end including a ring that covers a pin. Another ring is fixed on the cable at a distance between the fixation of former ring to ground and a position of an end of a bar on the ground. A third ring coupled to another cable is integrated to another bar. The former cable passes through a transmission angle and rejoins an end of latter cable. The two cables are coupled to a lockable winch.
