The card (31) has a module (12) including a printed circuit board and a card body. An integrated circuit is fixed to the board and the module is fixed to the body. The body has a socket (10) including a cavity equipped with a base and an internal part. The internal part is integrated with the module to constitute a part of another chip card (11). The cavity has a dimension equal to the inner part of the card (11). An independent claim is also included for a process of manufacturing a chip card.
