Telecommunication system for managing telephonic call, has service control point connected to access switches, where one switch acts as connection switch to release control point during arrival of call at equipment destination
The system has multiple telephonic equipment (4), where each equipment is connected to an access switch (1) at a telephonic network. A service control point (3) is connected to multiple access switches (1), where one switch acts as a connection switch for each telephonic equipment of a call center. The connection switch releases the service control point during arrival of a call at destination of the equipment. An independent claim is also included for a method of managing calls from a virtual call center.
