The distributor has a cylinder (18) defining a chamber receiving a liquid substance e.g. cosmetic substance and closed by a piston and a stopper at respective ends. The stopper (16) moving between open and closed positions includes a skirt applied against the cylinder. A tubular part maintains the stopper in closed position and blocks the translation with respect to the piston and is released by a divisible part. The skirt has a radial slit cooperating with another slit in another end of the cylinder in the open position, so that chamber opens outwards.
