The device has a stopper (13) mounted on a lower end (11) of a duct (5) that supplies a product. A coaxial sleeve (15) is mounted exterior of the duct and comprises a lower end (19) provided as a valve seat. The sleeve delimits a chamber (24) along with the duct and is displaced in translation between a closed position and an open position with respect to the duct. The valve seat cooperates with the stopper in a sealed manner, in the closed position. The valve seat is spaced from the stopper, in the open position, for permitting the flow of the product.
