Two fist discs (50) are rotatably mounted on a set of opposite ends of a chassis (20) enclosed in the hollow sphere. Two massage discs (40) are rotatably mounted on another set of opposite ends of the chassis. The discs (40,50) are engaged in rotation in the openings and a weight (60) is fixed to the sphere (12).
