PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily drinkable food for the treatment or prevention of pollinosis, having low side action and long durability of the effect and produced by using inner seeds of ginkgo, ginkgo leaf and a natural material such as Houttuynia cordata.;SOLUTION: The subject food for the treatment or prevention of pollinosis contains a ginkgo inner seed immersion liquid produced by immersing the inner seeds of Ginkgo biloba in an alcohol solvent or a mixture of an alcohol and water.
