PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self power generating device and a robot for guard and disaster relief aiming at crime prevention and disaster relief using the power generating device.;SOLUTION: This invention is related to the power generating device using fluid (gas) and the high performance autonomous travel type robot for guard and disaster relief using the power generating device capable of performing unmanned guard and life-saving at a time of disaster or the like. The robot can perform recognition and discrimination of a criminal in guard in emergency staircase of a skyscraper or the like (a function automatically discharging paint for criminal discrimination if a suspicious person is discovered at a time of guard), and is provided with a power generating device capable of easily generating power at a time of disaster.
