PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile electronic terminal or the like with a secure function for managing medicine ingestion making operation as simple as possible and also eliminating danger that personal information is leaked, through stand-alone operation. PSOLUTION: A mobile electronic terminal comprises: a setting section 10 for setting taking timing information 24 indicative of a timing to take medicines, number-of-times-of-taking information 26 indicating the number of times to take medicines and detailed taking information 22 indicating the number of medicines to be simultaneously taken and their kinds as needed; a control section 12 for notifying the timing to take medicines at the set timing according to the taking timing information 24 and controlling a notification function to be OFF when the set number of times of taking is completely notified according to the number-of-times-of-taking information 26; and a display section 14 for displaying required information when notifying the timing to take medicines.
