PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to assure a predefined moisture measurement performance of a contact-type sensor while the contact-type sensor is miniaturized, its thickness is reduced, and cost reduction can be easily achieved by the reduction of the number of parts and man-hours for manufacturing.;SOLUTION: An electrode 2 for capacitance sensor is formed on a face 1a, which is one of the front and back faces of an insulation board 1, and a measurement amplifier circuit 3 is formed on the other face 1b. The electrode 2 for capacitance sensor and measurement amplifier circuit 3 are electrically connected via a conductive member 5 mounted by penetration in the direction from the front face to the back face of the insulation board 1 to form a monolithic, integral structure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
