ADHERED SURPLUS SOIL REMOVAL SYSTEM FOR REMOVING SURPLUS SOIL ATTACHED TO LOADING PLATFORM OF DUMP TRUCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system aimed at an automatic removal of surplus soil adhered to a loading platform of a dump truck.;SOLUTION: This system is constituted such that a soil-discharging plate 11 is attached to a loading platform 1 of a dump truck, and a shock-absorbing plate 12 is attached to a side opposite to the soil-discharging plate 11. A winding-up device, 3 acting as a driving force power for the discharging plate 11 and a wire rope 8 engaged with a hook 7 fixed to the extremity end of a winding-up or winding-off wire rope 5 wound around the winding-up device 3 are fixed to a ring 9, welded and fixed to the soil-discharging plate 11. Soil-discharging plate stoppers 12 are fixed to a truck rail 6 for keeping a specified truck, when the soil-discharging plate 11 is lowered, and to its start point and its end point, and there is provided a storing space 4 for the hook 7 applied, when the soil-discharging plate 11 is placed at its start point.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
