PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishway constituting overflow partition wall requiring a least possible amount of material.;SOLUTION: The fishway constituting overflow partition wall 3 is arranged in a water channel 2 extending between both side walls 5 of the water channel 2. It has an upper portion set to be larger outward in the radial direction than a lower face 9 as tending from one side in the extending direction to the other side, and it has a cavity 91 inside.
