PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishway forming overflow type partition wall block for reducing the quantity of materials to be used, while securing the original function.;SOLUTION: While generating overflow water continuously flowing along a top part 12a, one side side surface 29 continuing with the width directional one side of the top part 12a and the other side side surface 30 continuing with the width directional other side of the top part 12a, the one side side surface 29 and the other side side surface 30 are set so as to be stored on the inside of a virtual circle 31 with the suspending length as a radius R1, around a point O1 suspended up to a virtual surface 26 becoming the same height as a riverbed surface 8 when installed from the top part 12a.
