PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intend organic combination of an ion introducer, an infrared (including far-infrared) generator, and an ultrasonic wave oscillator, and a cosmetics used, to effect the more effective action of moisturing/whitening cosmetics and to prevent a trouble to a skin, further to intend more the more effective beauty action by specifying cosmetics used, and to intend to improve a dry skin and an aged skin which are long year problems and which are enemies of the skin of women, and to decompose and eliminate melanin.;SOLUTION: In the skin care or beauty system, cosmetics for moisturing/whitening such as a hydrophilic gel, an ultrafine gel are applied or impregnated to the face or other skins or the skin contact portion of the ultrasonic wave oscillator, ion introduction and high frequency vibration are applied to the face or the skin by using the predetermined ultrasonic wave oscillator 3 including the ion introducer 2 for high ionization and the infrared generator 9.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
