PACKAGING METHOD FOR PREVENTING PINHOLE FROM OCCURRING ON WRAPPER FOR GAMMA-IRRADIATION-STERILIZED FEED

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel packaging method for packaging hard and square feed, sterilizing it by -irradiation and preventing pinholes from occurring during subsequent transportation and storage of the feed. PSOLUTION: An end of each of two tubular wrappers with slight difference in width is separately heat-sealed to form bags A and B (where width of the bag Awidth of the bag B). The bag B is inserted into the bag A to form a double inner bag C. The inner bag C is inserted into an outer paper bag D with an end fixed by machine-sewing or with an over tape. After intervals between the bags A and B and between the inner bag C and the outer bag D are slightly fixed via an adhesive, the feed is put into the inner bag. After the inner bag C is deaerated, an opening of the bag C is heat-sealed from over the bag D, and a region toward the end from the heat-sealed portion is machine-sewn to form a kraft bag E.
