PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure necessary and sufficient gas-liquid exchange while preventing the supersaturated state of gas to a liquid in a gas-liquid exchange device for performing absorbing a component adjusting gas by the liquid before component adjustment.;SOLUTION: The gas-liquid exchange device has a gas-liquid confluent container 16 having a confluent chamber 15 held to a closed state formed therein and a gas-liquid feed pipe 20 for connecting the gas-liquid confluent container 16 to a liquid tank 13. A liquid droplet producing part 10 for dripping the liquid in a liquid droplet state, a gas introducing part 11 for introducing the gas and a liquid droplet recovery part 12 for alternately recovering the liquid droplets 14 and the gas are provided to the confluent chamber 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
