As a result, force for pressing cut surfaces 76 and 77 of the laminated sheet material 32 by a cutting edge face on one side of the inner peripheral punching blade 50 and the outer peripheral punching blade 52 becomes smaller than pressing force in a cutting edge face on the other side.
