PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whole blood platelet aggregation measuring method capable of eliminating complicated pretreatments in platelet aggregation tests and easily determining aggregation by automatically performing treatments to test results of platelet aggregation, and provide its apparatus and a suction nozzle to be used for the whole blood platelet aggregation measuring apparatus and of a form effective for automating tests.;SOLUTION: Whole blood is inserted in a plurality of cuvettes 19. Platelet-aggregating agents of different concentrations are added to the cuvettes 19 and heated at a prescribed temperature to bring about aggregation reaction for a prescribed time and produce samples. The whole blood with a lower concentration of the platelet-aggregating agent is sequentially drawn in the suction nozzle 19 through its micro-mesh filter by suction. A suction pressure when each sample is passed through the micro-mesh filter is measured to create an aggregation curve. A coefficient of platelet aggregation threshold values in the whole blood is computed on the basis of the aggregation curve and aggregation threshold values. It is judged on the basis of which region includes the coefficient of platelet aggregation threshold values whether platelet aggregation in the whole blood is normal or not in the whole blood platelet aggregation measuring method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
