PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize quickness and fairness of a dispute solution process by performing the dispute solution process related to a medical treatment fee credit/debt on-line. PSOLUTION: This mediation system 200 (a system server 70) for a dispute related to the medical treatment fee credit/debt receives dispute information related to a medical treatment fee to be received from a medical institution terminal 10 or an insurer terminal 20 by a medical institution 1, reads issue information and transmits it to terminals (examination committee member terminals 90) of predetermined examination committee members, receives mediation plan information from the examination committee member terminals 90 and transmits it to a terminal of a representative examination committee member, and receives mediation determination information from the terminal of the representative examination committee member, so that the dispute solution process by on-line is realized.
