PSOLUTION: This observation station device is provided with a river display plate 23 displaying information visibly on the observation station device 2 acquiring at least one of the water level data of a river and rainfall amount data and transmitting to a monitor station, and a river display controlling part 240 receiving display information data transmitted from the monitor station and displaying the information on the river display plate 23 based on the display information data.
