PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for evaluating the turnout of construction work by using a network; and to provide a server and system.;SOLUTION: The program executes the following: acquiring execution budget data 1 on the construction work from a client terminal and storing the execution budget data on a storage means 2 (Step S1); computing work time by referring to the quantity of materials by means of unit work time database 3 for every material; acquiring, through the network, process data 4 prepared by dividing the work time into the schedule of a construction process from the client terminal, and storing the process data on the storage means 2 (Step S2); acquiring progress data 6 including picture data 5 associated with the materials divided into the schedule of the process data 4 from the client terminal, and storing the progress data on the storage means 2, retrieving the progress data in the storage means 2 and determining the materials associated with the picture data 5 or the schedule as construction completion, and totalizing the execution budget of the applicable materials as the construction completion (Step S3).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
