PSOLUTION: This medical information service system has: a service processor 120 periodically transmitting result data A20 of the medical apparatus; a database 230 storing the data A20 of the service processor 120 in each data table; a user input part for selecting target data related to an investment effect analysis of the medical apparatus on an input screen 152a, and inputting them by a numerical value; a data extraction part 252 extracting the data from the database 230 on the basis of mode setting data B10 of the user input part; a data calculation part 253 calculating cost and an income accompanying at least use results of the medical apparatus on the basis of the extraction data A20 by the data extraction part 252 and the user input data B20 of the user input part as report information for a user; and a user output part displaying a calculation result by the data calculation part 253 on an output screen 153a.
