PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a branch of cracks or a net of cracks in the recording lane of a CD simply indoors without any exhalation of odor, heat generation, and ignition by relaxing harsh conditions, when destroying the record of the CD by applying a high frequency.;SOLUTION: When a high frequency is applied to destroy the information record of the CD, the high-frequency with a wavelength at a dielectric heating region is applied, by dipping the CD into water or by allowing the surface of the CD to come into contact with water.
