PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and easily-manufacturable decomposed gas sensor for a gas-insulated device capable of responding to a decomposed gas of an insulating gas with high sensitivity at high speed, an insulating gas decomposition detection device for detecting it, and a decomposed gas detection method.;SOLUTION: This decomposed gas sensor 1, for the gas-insulated device capable of detecting the decomposed gas of the insulating gas enclosed in a high-voltage electrical apparatus, includes a detection part comprising a semiconductor carbon nano material 2.
