The decomposed gas sensor (1) is characterized mainly in that it comprises a detecting unit made of a semiconductor carbon nano material (2), and when a decomposed gas is adsorbed on the semiconductor carbon nano material (2) and reacts, the detection unit outputs an impedance variation.
