PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system, an information reporting unit, and an information providing apparatus which can provide information recorded in the information providing apparatus to a user in an easily recognizable way by the user and allow the user to surely recognize the information recorded in the information providing apparatus.;SOLUTION: The information reporting unit 200 mounted on an automobile or the like under the control of a control section 208 while a user carrying a mobile phone 100 gets on the automobile, detects a state of an ignition key to an accessory ON position or an engine start position, and when detecting a parking brake is set to an ON state, or being requested to provide information from the user through an entry section 205, the information reporting unit 200 provides information recorded in a memory 207 from the mobile phone 100 to the user by means of a display section 204 or a sounding section 206.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
