PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bankbook issuing mechanism equipped with a delivering means for a bankbook which does not need periodical cleaning and exchanging. PSOLUTION: Left and right symmetrical channels are formed on a cam gear 43 of a hopper A and a cam gear 46 of a hopper B, and pins 47 and 48 of delivering members 22 and 23 are respectively inserted into them. When a driving motor 17 is rotated in the clockwise direction, and the cam gear 46 is rotated clockwise, the pin 48 passes through the channel of the cam gear 46 in the arrow mark direction 51 and is lowered downward. The upper end part of a new bankbook 29 is hooked by a nail part 70 of the delivering member 23 to push it to a delivering path 10. The cam gear 43 is also rotated clockwise, and the pin 47 of the delivering member 22 passes through the channel of the cam gear 43 in the arrow mark direction 49.
