PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer service system which enables a customer to receive the services of a plurality of stores without carrying a service card or the like.;SOLUTION: The customer tells a telephone number to an assistant (step B6). On a store side, it is confirmed that he/she is a member by inputting the telephone number to a reader-writer by a manual operation (step B7), and after confirmation is completed (step B8), the customer is provided with the service and member information is updated (step B9). Also, the customer transmits member information to the reader-writer 14 by IR communication (step B11).
