PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydrator capable of enhancing the dehydration efficiency at a low production cost by using a means other than vapor, and to provide a dehydration system having the dehydrator. PSOLUTION: The dehydration system P1 has the dehydrator A, an oil circulation system B and a sludge supplying system C, and is constituted in such a manner that oil is supplied into a screw shaft body part 42 of a screw shaft 40 in the dehydrator A while being circulated by the oil circulation system B. That is, the oil is supplied into the screw shaft body part 42 via a hole part disposed on a shaft part of the screw shaft body part 42.
