PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for manufacturing an electronic device which can be used to divide a batch sealer into individual electronic devices while correcting large warpage generated at the batch sealer and a method of manufacturing the electronic device using the jig, and to provide an apparatus of manufacturing the electronic device for manufacturing the electronic device by using the jig.;SOLUTION: An assembly 50 is mounted on the stage 61 of a cutting device 60, and the batch sealer in the assembly 50 is cut along the slot formed at one jig. A cutting blade 62 is inserted from one side face slit 21, and passed to the other side face slit while cutting the back sealer 1 along the slit.
