PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residue collecting device enabling a permeable bag to be attached to and detached from an inflow port formed by merely opening a drain route end in the storage tank wall surface of a grease interceptor and having excellent mounting stability.;SOLUTION: This residue collecting device 1 comprises a fixed pipeline 11 fixed to the inflow port 21 of the grease interceptor 2 and a mounting pipeline 12 for mounting the permeable bag 3 for collecting residues. An inflow side opening 116 is formed in the fixed pipeline 11 and and outflow opening 123 is formed in the mounting pipeline 12. The inflow opening 116 is allowed to communicate with the inflow port 21 of the grease interceptor 2 and the fixed pipeline 11 is fixed to the inflow port 21. The permeable bag 3 is detachably fitted to the mounting pipeline 12 by enclosing the flowout port 123 of the mounting pipeline 12 projected from the inflow port 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
