PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CIP cleaning method (cleaning in place and by circulation ) which is efficient in the cleaning time and the amount of a cleaning agent without producing an adverse effect on manufacturing facilities such as damaging the manufacturing equipment, especially which is excellent in the cleaning of the manufacturing facilities of carbonated drinks such as beer, Happoshu and carbonated refreshing beverage.;SOLUTION: The CIP cleaning method (cleaning in place and by circulation) which does not produce an adverse effect on the manufacturing facilities and can clean efficiently using a cleaning agent having an increased viscosity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
